Arabian horses - one of the most ancient breeds in the world - find dedicated space at Fieracavalli where visitors will be thrilled by the legends that have always accompanied them. Beauty and elegance have made Arabians over time an aesthetic reference model for experts and laymen, turning the Arab Horse Exhibition into one of the main attractions at the century-old event. 150 Arabian thoroughbreds from par excellence breeding centres all over Europe are expected guests for the European Championships. ECAHO (European Conference of Arab Horse Organization) for the seventh consecutive time has entrusted organisation of the championships to ANICA (Italian National Arab Horse Association) for which Fieracavalli is the ideal partner and stage. Six international judges in the highly-qualified jury will assess the champions taking part to elect the European category champion. So many important breeding centres, personalities of the Arab world and show business stars sharing the same passion. Morphology demonstrations, elegance and ability will be accompanied by the exciting Aida stage setting that the Verona Arena Foundation will transfer for the occasion to Fieracavalli.
An absolute innovation dedicated to national excellence is the First Italian Morphology Cup with champions born and reared in Italy. The competition includes 4 categories: (male-female pony categories up to 3 years, stallions category over 3 years, mares category over 3 years) that will be judged on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 by a single judge.
The competitions during the Arab Horse Exhibition will be matched by a number of equestrian performances by the ANICA performances group.
