



We now move from Arab countries to Spain to outline the noble temperament of Spanish horses in an area tracing the history and traditions of the Iberian peninsula.
The Spanish Horse is a protagonist of an ideal tour embracing folklore, history and culture, with an impressive programme of spectacular events.
A fully dedicated area sees visitors won by the legends that have always accompanied these horses.
COMPETITION
* The Morphological Competition of Pure Bred Spanish Horses: in 2009 saw the involvement of 13 sections, with stallions and mares, colts and adults. The particular section dedicated to Cobra, harmonious groups of horses comprising 3, 5 or 7 examples is an important aspect.
* The "Haute École" Competition: The competition involves movements, technical composition and artistic presentation. Movements concern the various activities that horses perform guided by their riders. Technical composition refers to proper execution and the position and trim of riders. Lastly, artistic presentation refers to musical interpretation, choreography, the degree of difficulty and harmony between horse and rider. Results.
SHOW
* Exhibition of historical Spanish costumes: an innovation dedicated to national excellence welcomes the presentation of Spanish costumes coordinated by AAEE Italia exhibiting the characteristic garments of different epochs and places and specifying their current functions.
A fashion show conducted by a leading expert in the topic, cultural historian D. Rafael Lemos, and judged by D. Angel CID and the Director of the Real Escuela, D. Francisco Manuel Reina Osuna.
* Flamenco performances: the typical dance of Iberian lands interpreted by professional ballerinas in the space dedicated to Spanish culture. A mature dance, with a rich past yet at the same time modern and profoundly expressive.
