Natura a Cavallo, a long-standing partner of Fieracavalli for over thirty years, renews its commitment to promoting equestrian tourism with its most anticipated event: the National Gathering.
It is the city of Pisa that will host the 24th edition of the initiative, from April 30 to May 3, 2026. Four days of trekking between the coastline and the inland areas of the province, based at the Country Club Boccadarno in Marina di Pisa: enthusiasts from all over Italy will come together on horseback to share some of the area’s most distinctive routes, in a program that alternates excursions with social and cultural moments.
The event unfolds between the pine forest and the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Natural Park, featuring a long ride through woods and along the sea to the Calambrone area. The route then continues inland toward San Piero a Grado, concluding with a parade through the historic center of Pisa as a symbolic tribute to the city. Finally, on Sunday, May 3, the last ride along the coast will close the gathering, accompanied by an “equestrian storytelling” dedicated to Italy’s native horse breeds.
Created with the aim of bringing horses into meaningful places while respecting both animals and the landscapes they traverse, the Natura a Cavallo National Gathering has represented for over twenty years an authentic way of experiencing this bond, guided by the values of sustainable tourism.
