Fieracavalli gives new meaning to food in 2025, transforming it into an integral part of the event. Curated by food guru and horse enthusiast Filippo Polidori, the culinary experience invites visitors to move “from stables to tables” — a journey that celebrates Italy’s rural roots and its UNESCO-nominated food culture.
“Horses mean freedom, food means identity. And together narrate the beauty of Italy,” says Polidori. This philosophy lies at the heart of the new food areas, which become thematic bridges between the equestrian and food & wine worlds.
Through the “Polidori Selection”, Fieracavalli showcases a blend of haute cuisine and traditional fare, highlighting the deep connection between horse culture and Italian culinary heritage. From star chefs to local producers, the offering reflects the same spirit of authenticity that has defined the event since 1898.
As already seen in events like the Jova Beach Party or Cena dei Mille, Polidori brings his model of interplay between excellence and territory — uniting chefs, ingredients, traditions and stories.
Fieracavalli is Italy — and Italy speaks through its food. Join us in Verona from 6 to 9 November.
