Fieracavalli presents a renewed Food Area, celebrating Italy’s gastronomic excellence from North to South, with a focus on DOP, IGP, and DOCG products.

Following the concept of the “Horse as Ambassador of the Territory”, visitors can discover local specialties through a journey that combines tradition and rural culture.

This year, the Food Area is curated by Filippo Polidori, food guru and horse enthusiast, guiding visitors on a journey from stable to table.

Polidori’s approach blends fine dining and tavern cuisine, Michelin-starred chefs and local producers, wine and territory, highlighting the shared rural roots of Italian gastronomy and equestrian culture.

All restaurants will also feature dedicated offerings for guests with gluten allergies or other intolerances, ensuring everyone can enjoy the flavors of Italy.

“The horse is freedom, food is identity. Together they tell the story of our beauty,” says Polidori.

In a year when Italian cuisine is nominated for UNESCO recognition, Fieracavalli showcases the best of Italian regions, producers, and chefs.

From November 6 to 9, Fieracavalli will offer a unique experience uniting the equestrian world and gastronomy, celebrating Italian excellence and rural heritage.
