Back again this year, with its second edition, is “Sapori di razza”, the contest that rewards the best of Italian regional cuisine, influenced by equestrian and peasant culture, among the food trucks inside the fair.

The special guest, once again, will be Alessandro Borghese who, on Sunday 12 November 2023, will reveal the verdict of the jury of experts and the public who will decide the winner of the second edition, in the BEST STREET FOOD and BEST LOOK categories of the food trucks present at the fair.
